Maine Motocross was designed to be more of a grass-roots series geared towards the everyday rider. The C class gets the same number of laps as the A class; lap count and track time is more consistent across the board. This is a shorter series (12 rounds) to not be as much of a time commitment for families that have other siblings or obligations to keep in mind. At some events, schedules A or B are ran which feature a "split day" format separating the youth classes from the adult classes morning/ afternoon.
